Discussion on Racism and Domestic Violence

I'm the woman who went viral because my then husband, now ex, called me a racial

slur after I left him due to years of domestic violence.

He was arrested, and I left him. He has Black friends on Facebook,

Black coworkers,

but I doubt any of them know that when he's upset at them,

he thinks of them as a

hard R. I have a child with him,

a child that he abandoned for over a year and said that he didn't want anything to

do with, a child that any of his family members could care

less about.

Because while he was abandoning her, he moved in quickly with a new woman

and her

two kids, a woman that is not of color, a woman that his family I'm sure prefers.

So yeah, I'm gonna need you guys to stop saying

just because you have a Black

friend or you have a Black partner or married to a Black person

that you cannot be

racist. You absolutely can still be racist.
