Reflections on Semen Retention Relapse
It's really hard to make this video, uh, after relapsing on semen
retention after two hundred and forty days.
All I can say is, not worth it. I know this is gonna sound
dramatic to a lot of people.
Almost nobody even does this. It's a very small percentage of men
who hold their seed for this long. People tell me, you know, "Don't be hard
on yourself. It's okay," you know,
"Just get right back on." And yes, it's all true.
Like, I don't wanna be overly dramatic or think my life's over or anything like
that.
But I wanna share my experience after going two hundred
and forty days of holding
my seed
to having a relapse. I really felt that I
was almost, like, possessed. It just switched off in my brain,
like, "You're gonna go watch that video, and you're gonna do
whatever." And it happened so fast.
The second that I released my seed, the
entire energy of my body changed. All of this
tension that I'd been building
disappeared instantly. I felt, I felt
pretty low energy. I felt a little bit ashamed of myself.
And it's just not the decision that I wanted to make.
It was a very good learning lesson to know
how it feels to relapse. One way I can describe it is, like,
when you
do semen retention, you, you evolve a lot, you learn a
lot, and you ha-- you get access to this
energy and this, like, connection to God type of feeling.
So after I relapsed, it's like I still had all
of that knowledge. I still, you know, I still understood all the
concepts and, like, what, you know, what it is, but I didn't have
access to it anymore. Like, it wasn't-- I didn't believe it.
Once you release your seed, you lose access to what you built.
I suggest not relapsing if you can help it.
And the further you get into it, you know, I was on two hundred and forty days, the
relapses, I think, hit a little harder 'cause, you know,
it's a big
a-accomplishment, and it's just something that I was proud
of and that,
you know, a lot of people in my life admired
that I was doing that.
And there were certain, you know, men here on social media who were look,
who
looked up to me and who were really, like, inspired by that, and I wanna continue
to be that person. So, you know, I messed up, and I know,
don't be so hard on myself, whatever, I don't care. I hate myself now.
No, I'm just kidding. But, um,
I'm just gonna keep going. Relapsing is definitely a,
uh... it's a
eye-opening experience. I don't recommend it.
Stay strong, stay on the path, keep retaining, keep building
yourself up, and, um,
I believe in you, and thanks for believing in me.
