Mexico's Impressive Performance in Soccer

Where the hell did this Mexico team come from that we saw in particular in the first half and in particular in the first 30 minutes?

They looked as good as they have ever looked.

They were passing the ball around as if they were prime time Spain or Brazil.

They were dynamic. They were first to every ball.

They started a 17-year-old.

But they looked anything but like the team that they were in the group stage.

And again, this is a group stage that was incredibly successful in terms of winning and not letting in goals.

But there was nothing sexy.

There was nothing romantic.

There was nothing really...

I'll be honest memorable but this my friends this this will take you far if they can replicate

it.

Now they took their foot off the gas a little bit later on in the game but the damage was

done.

Can you notice his goal you know set Azteca on fire.

Congratulations and credit to Aguirre and this El Tri team for what they what they did

tonight.

Ecuador had no answers and the way in which this came about a dose a zero congratulations

that that was really really fun to watch and even though there are rivals I'm really really

happy for them to have this moment especially going into as you mentioned the possibility

of playing against England and again down in Mexico City.
