Dutch COVID Vaccine Injury Lawsuit: Bill Gates and the Hearing

Okay. So, well, Sasha, tell us about this case, and, uh, I mean,

how has it even survived this long?

Because the whole system is rigged against justice.

Yeah, absolutely. So, um, you know, we're not saying that the,

uh, the, the, the... So the, the case has started in

2023,

uh, and it's, uh, as Shannon said, it's a civil tort case.

The Netherlands is a unique jurisdiction, so the reason we actually even have to

travel so far to try to seek some justice for COVID

injuries is because of, uh, uniqueness of this jurisdiction,

where this

type of case is even possible. So where the private individuals, uh, the

seven injured plaintiffs in this case are, um,

uh, can bring a lawsuit, uh, against

individuals, not corporations, but individuals named

as, um, actors in this global, um, you know,

essentially conspiracy, uh, where alleging the, the global, global

conspiracy to commit genocide, to lie to people, and to deceive them

into taking these injections. Um, uh, so the case has,

as I said, started in '23. There were, uh, all, all through

now, there were procedural, uh, procedural attempts to

dismiss it, attempts by the defendants to get out of,

uh, this case. Specifically, Bill Gates tried to, tried to say that,

um, the, the court in Le- Leeuwarden doesn't have jurisdiction over

him.

They had tried to get out of the case, but the court ruled against him, so he

is part of this case. Um, and, uh, so the other,

the other defendants tried to do the same.

Uh, the case survived numerous attempts, um, of...

at sabotage, dismissal,

um, other,

I'll say, very unsavory, um, situations that happened.

Uh, what happened to, uh, expert witness, uh,

Francis Boyle, for example. We should discuss that, too.

Um, you know, so numerous, numerous issues, and finally,

we're getting to,

uh, the first hearing on merits. So, uh, on Thursday

the 22nd at 12:30 PM local time, uh, the court is

starting, uh, the hearing, first hearing on the merits, where the

three-panel judge, uh, ju- judges need to examine the

evidence and hear the statements by attorney Peter Stassen and then

statements by defense attorneys.

Um, and so-

And you are there to testify or to observe, or what-

... what's your role?

I... So I and Joe Sansone, another expert witness, will

be there in person. We're not speaking in the court, uh,

but we're present

in the court to consult, uh, with Peter Stassen so he can ask, ask

questions, uh, in the breaks and, uh, to, uh, you know, depending on how the

case is going. So we're consulting for Peter in the

courtroom.

Um, and, uh, the... But our,

uh, video testimony, um, of all the expert witnesses, which

is total of

four hours, uh, has been submitted and accepted by the court.

Initially, the court tried to reject it, but, uh, Peter objected, and so they

have accepted, and now it's part of the evidence package.

And also, we submitted written testimonies.

My, uh, my testimony is 107 pages long-

attachments. So everything is documented and, and sourced to publicly

available documentation.

have had no real accountability or justice or even attempt to

investigate. So for example, all the Fauci theater is theater.

Uh, the, the issue that is completely suppressed and

not discussed anywhere is that the, this event,

this ongoing event, was a global military campaign.

It had nothing to do with public health.

Right.

Public health officials were not in charge. Fauci

was not in charge.

Even though I, I fully agree that he's an evil person

and he should be in prison

for various things, including his participation in this crime,

but it was

participation. He wasn't the, uh, the, the a- agency in

charge or person in charge. This was, uh, led

by a National Security Council of Trump administration, uh,

which is a, uh, collection of, uh, military and intelligence heads

that advise the president on, uh, war and terrorism
