Overcoming Temptation and Purpose
The devil don't attack you where you weak.
He attack you where you dangerous.
So you telling me the exact thing I struggle with the most
is the exact thing I'm
built for?
I'm saying the devil don't waste bullets on an empty man.
The reason you feel temptation for certain things is very
specific to what you're supposed to do.
He attacks the exact thing you were made for.
If you got the urge to smoke or damage your lungs, it's because
your voice was made to move people.
The enemy is trying to silence the exact instrument that was meant to praise.
If you battle insecurity, it's because you're meant to lead and
inspire. If you got an addiction to lust, it's because you
carry a deep capacity for intimacy, loyalty,
and healing. Perverting love is just how he prevents true
restoration. And if you deal with constant distraction,
heavy
procrastination, it's because you carry strategy, vision,
and ideas from Heaven. The enemy delays you because
he knows he can't stop you. Only you can.
