Trading Strategy for Engulfing Bar Play
This setup has hit over eighty-eight percent of the time across more than a
thousand trades that I've logged.
And the best part, it shows up at the same time every single
morning.
It comes down to two timeframes, the four-hour and the fifteen-minute.
Step one, on the four-hour, spot a candle that dips
below the low of the one before it, then closes back above
its open. That's your signal. Mark the lower half of its
range as your buy zone. Step two, drop down to the
fifteen-minute and zoom into that buy zone.
Step three, watch for price to dip into it
and enter once we break structure.
Your stop goes around the low and target a two-to-one risk-to-reward.
Easy and mechanical. Now, I call this the engulfing bar play,
and I trade
live every morning at the New York Open.
Comment engulfing and I'll send you a link to join.
