California Diesel Tax Controversy

How's it going, everybody?

Hey, so I'm down here in Lodi,

getting ready to fill up my truck with, uh, red diesel.

It's super cheaper.

And, um, you know, because my President Trump said he

was gonna give us, and, uh,

anybody can use it, all the fifty states federal.

Well, I go in there to go fucking pay, and guess what?

They fucking tell me, "You can't put that red dye in your truck.

It's illegal in California." I'm like, "What are you talking about?

What are you talking about?"

That-- President Trump said, uh, uh,

th-they put-- anybody can use it to help fucking the

diesel, uh, people

that have diesel trucks like mine.

You know what he to-- they told me, the owners told me, this gas station,

I'm not

gonna say the gas station. But you know what they told me?

They told me Gavin Newsom fucking vetoed it, blocked us

from using fucking, uh, the

tax-free fucking, uh, diesel in our vehicles.

The fucking Gavin Newsom did that to us, knowing that we're struggling.

And this motherfucker, uh, didn't even-- I hate that motherfucker.

Fucking Gavin Newsom, you fucking suck, dude.

Go to hell, Gavin Newsom.

Fucker.

For those that don't know what's going on here, Donald Trump recently signed an

executive order to help people with diesel vehicles.

It suspended a twenty-four cent tax.

It directed the Treasury and IRS to find a way to kind of eliminate

that tax that they would have owed because it was just gonna be deferred.

And then it authorized the use of red diesel.

So what people in California are finding out is that Gavin Newsom has

actually blocked any relief that is being given to the rest of the country

thanks

to Donald Trump. And if you're thinking maybe red diesel is

different than normal diesel, and that's why Gavin Newsom blocked it,

well, that

is not at all the case. Red diesel is chemically the same

as regular highway diesel. The red dye is just a marker

so authorities can tell highway taxes haven't been paid.

So that is literally the only difference is just a red color.

It is chemically exactly the same.

But Gavin Newsom doesn't wanna give Donald Trump a win.

We're going into midterms, so he wants residents to feel the pain as

much

as possible. He wants gas prices and diesel prices to be as high as

possible

because he's hoping it will help Democrats and get them some votes.

But really, Donald Trump provided relief for people,

and no one's

able to get it in California because there's a tyrant that is in office.

And people say, "Oh, no kings." Well, guess who the king is? It is Gavin Newsom.
