Analyzing Barcelona's Team Dynamics
We could have just looked at all the goals and all of the ways that Barcelona can
score, but I think it's these little details
that make them
as good as they are, that are a huge part of their
identity.
Mm.
Awesome, Jenelly. I, I think the
key thing, uh, when, uh, when you watch the game at home, uh, w-
when
you watch Barcelona, don't watch the person on the ball,
watch the players around
them. 'Cause it's the constant moving and checking each other's shoulders.
Who, who makes a run, who leaves the space,
that's where I'm going.
The, the, the automatic know and reading of each other's movement
is genuinely
second to none. So don't watch the player on the ball,
watch everyone around them
and see the triangles just constantly everywhere.
You can even see it on the clips you pulled out with players just leaving
space,
players running into... It's just that, that identity that is so good to
watch.
They have a chemistry that is just completely unmatched,
and I think it
has also a lot to do with Pere Romeo, their coach.
I think they're all bought into what he's doing, and I think he's a
tactical genius. Like, he's moving pieces
that other people probably wouldn't have
seen, but he sees things that we don't see.
And then when it's on the, on the field, it's very impressive how these players
can implement what they're doing at training.
Mm.
They've got big shoes to fill though, don't they, Kelly?
Indeed.
Yeah.
