Global Protests and Australia's Anti-Protest Laws
Hello, I'm from the government, here to inform you
that the great fuckoffening
has begun. Where? Everywhere. France, Serbia, Spain, Italy,
Albania, Brazil, Argentina, Indonesia, Portugal, Mexico, Belgium, Greece,
Philippines, India, Ireland, Chile.
A generation is rising to tell the pedocracy of billionaires and the
governments that protect them to shove austerity, wars, and their techno-feudal
fucktopia up their genocidal arse.
Here in France, we cut thousands of teachers,
so the kids taught us a lesson
instead. In Spain, thousands marched for an elderly lady
evicted by
shitty landlords. In Italy, students said, "Bella, ciao." And in
Germany, kids are telling us to fight our own
fucking wars.
Would you like to know more? You can help us deal with these protests
with shit
takes like, "It's all 'cause of the durka durka
stanies," and, "They're just
kids. What do they know?" Just ignore how old
these guys were in '76.
Most importantly, we ask you to view these as separate
protests, 'cause
if you realize people everywhere are fighting for the same things:
affordable housing, healthcare, education, justice, and a living
planet, you'd realize you are all united by the shitfuckery.
And we can't have that, 'cause then you'd see how powerful you
are.
Like here in India, where the cockroaches forced our minister
to resign.
In Bangladesh, students kicked our fascist PM out of the
country.
In Serbia, they kicked us out at the last election.
And in Nepal, Gen Z brought down the government.
But don't worry, we've been preparing for this day by
passing laws
that restrict your right to protest in the UK, Italy, and
across Europe. Has it worked? Clearly.
But there is one democracy that's managed to take a huge shit on protest
rights. Visit Australia, where in much of the country
and key public
spaces in our major cities, it's now effectively illegal to protest
without a permit. Like in WA, where we're pushing one of the most
restrictive permit systems in the country, so do not sign this declaration
of our right to protest, 'cause we need these anti-protest laws for
safety. Why would I deceive you? Even though the main things they keep safe
are
coal ports, arms dealers, and data centers,
which might explain why you keep
protesting. We banned you from public waters.
You blocked a coal ship anyway.
We gave police special powers to protect the bastards who murdered Zomi Frankcom.
You still showed up. We tried to ban you from protesting a
state visit from a war
criminal who signed bombs dropped on Gaza.
But despite taking you to court four times, the number of protests we stopped
comes to approximately
fuck all. Honestly, Australia, we expected better.
I know. It's like people read a history book
and remembered every right we
have was won by people who didn't ask permission.
It's like people realize these shitlords are gonna throw us all in a volcano to
power their data centers, and that we are not gonna stop them,
'cause the shitlords
own this government. And this one. This one. Definitely this one.
Dude, are we the baddies? Fuck it. I quit.
See you in the streets, babe. This has been a message from your local
government
franchise. Good luck.
Authorized by nobody.
