Shutting Down China's Tech Ecosystem

This whole issue about China, it's very simple.

If you don't want China comp- competing, and we should not, we should not create

the Chinese ecosystem. I'm so sick of the tech bros saying, "Oh,

S- Chi- China, China, China, CCP." Cut off all the chips and make

sure they can't get black market chips from people looking the other way through

Thailand and Vietnam and other places, number one.

Number two, don't educate them as high engi- uh,

engineers in the

best engineering schools in the United States of America. The answer is no.

All of you go home. Number three, don't bring them into the frontier labs,

Chinese

nationals. Don't bring them into the top companies.

The answer is you're not gonna get a visa to work here.

Number three, Sequoia Capital and these venture capital firms that

are in business

with the Chinese Communist Party and taking some money from the Chinese

Communist

Party and financing the Chinese Communist Party's build-out of artificial

intelligence and, uh, advanced weapons,

uh, f- a total freeze on any American pension

money going to any of these venture

capital firms. Shut them down. Shut them down, and let's put the guys at

Sequoia Capital, the partners there, on trial.

Number o- two, no debt financing at all, no access to American capital

markets, either equity or debt, none of it.
