Judge Raluca Moroșanu backs Laurențiu Beșu and criticizes court leadership

in the First Criminal Division of the Bucharest Court of Appeal.

I have twenty-six years in the judiciary, of which nineteen

at the Bucharest Court of Appeal, in the First Criminal Division.

I came here to support my colleague Laurențiu

Beșu… …and to say that everything he said

there is true. If he is contradicted,

that is a lie, yes?

Here at the Bucharest Court of Appeal, we work very

hard. The leadership does not help us in any way.

We are simply being terrorized, yes?

With disciplinary actions and with everything you yourselves

know is happening to us. I do not want to tell you what

the atmosphere is like and in what… …in what toxic

and tense situation we are. Some of my colleagues

agree with me. I do not know about the others

some will do, look, there are some here who

will probably support the leadership. No, just as

an aside, I have never been an undercover officer,

know me because I was also a trainer at the National
