Discussion on Feminism and Accountability

Okay, so this is a continuation on the last post,

and I have a burn from my curling iron.

So I had some wonderful men in my life

that reached out after they had seen that,

and they were like, you go, girl, you nailed it.

All of the seething, and I hate to use the word men,

because it's like men don't deserve to be lumped in

with whatever this is, all of the seething people in there

that are like, what about women, feminism,

accountability, just deflect, deflect, deflect, deflect.

That's exactly who I'm talking about.

So it's like, if you have that response,

it's because I touched or poked something

that's resonating, like that might be me

she's talking about, and if so, fucking change it.

It doesn't have to be a permanent characteristic

of who you are, but if it bothers you that much

that you immediately attack me or women,

you, sir, are the type of,

of sneaky fucker, if you will, that I'm talking about.

So this has nothing to do with not being fair

within a relationship.

I do think that if you spend a certain amount of time

with someone, especially if there's kids,

everything should be kind of split,

even down the middle for everyone's contribution,

and you should be happy to do so.

That's not what I'm talking about.

We will get into the tea later.

I just needed to make this preface

because I started to scroll through the comments

and I've been doing this for almost two decades now.

So I'm to the point where most of the time

it doesn't have an effect on me.

I just kind of laugh and go about my day,

but it was just, it was probably 90% negative comments,

which is even high for me.
