Funding and Influence in Pediatric Vaccination
This week, the American Academy of Pediatrics,
the group of doctors who
decide what shot your child gets and when, told the public that they
are neutral. And in their own words, they said, "We go by
science, not politics." So parents should have one
simple
question: who funds them? Who's paying them?
And here's that answer, straight from their own tax forms.
This group brings in about 138 million dollars
a year, and some of that money comes from the very companies
that make
vaccines: Pfizer, Merck, Moderna,
Sanofi. You can join their partner club by writing
a
check for $50,000, because that's what the drug companies
did.
The rule for any doctor's group is this easy: if a company paid
you, you have to say so. But a science magazine called
Undark did a little check on one of their vaccine
committees. 16 people wrote the rules.
Nine of them had taken money from vaccine companies.
And the paper that they put out said, and I'm quoting, "No
conflicts."
Nine out of 16 people took money from drug companies, and there
was no conflicts of interest? Doctor in charge of that group had taken
almost $17,000 from Pfizer. He didn't
mention it, though. And the person who runs the Academy of
Pediatrics makes over $700,000 a year.
This is not a little volunteer club.
This is a big business. And they don't just take money,
they spend it.
They pay a full team in Washington, D.C. to lobby Congress.
In just three months this year, they spent over $800,000 doing
it. Well, ask yourself this as a parent: does a neutral group of children's
doctors really need its own lobbying
operation? And this keeps happening.
In 2023, they told doctors to start thinking about
children's
weight loss drugs. 10 of the people who wrote
that had taken money
from those drug companies, and again, they didn't tell you.
Here's another thing that really stopped me.
The Gates Foundation, years ago, paid this group over a
million dollars. For what, you might ask?
And this is in their own words, "To promote vaccinations among
pediatricians." They were paid to promote it, and this
is all on Gates' own
website. You can go look at this yourself.
Since then, a government fund has paid out about five
and a half billion dollars to families who have been
vaccine-injured. So the companies are protected, and the
group that's promoting the shots takes the company's money.
And none of this is my opinion. This is all public tax records.
Gates' check is public. That magazine is public.
You can read every bit of it yourself, and I really encourage you to.
Go look up the Academy's tax form. It's called a Form 990.
And just read a list of who pays them.
Send this to another parent who still believes that the shot schedule was
written with people who have nothing to gain from it.
