State Election Commissioner గాని Central Election Commissioner గాని

అధికార పార్టీలు nominate చేసే పరిస్థితి రాకూడదు.

ఇంతకుముందు కేంద్రంలో

ఇలా అధికార పార్టీని నామినేట్ చేసే ప్రక్రియకు YSRCP అప్పట్లో

మద్దతిచ్చింది.

కానీ ఈరోజు regret అవుతున్నాం.

ఆ మద్దతిచ్చి తప్పు చేసినాం అని regret అవుతా ఉన్నాం.

ఎందుకనంటే examiner cannot be appointed by the student.

Examiner ఎంత నిజాయితీపరుడైనా కూడా

criticism అన్నది

ఖచ్చితంగా examiner face చేయాల్సి వస్తుంది.

If the appointment is not done by a neutral body.

So neutral body మళ్ళీ రావాలి.

Leader of the opposition,

CJI

and Prime Minister ముగ్గురూ ఓటు హక్కు వినియోగించాలి.

అప్పుడు CJI neutral గా ఉంటాడు. Neutral body కింద

కనిపిస్తుంది.

ఇప్పుడు పరిస్థితి ఏమిటి? Prime Minister,

Prime Minister nominate చేసే ఒక మంత్రి

కేంద్ర మంత్రి. వీళ్ళిద్దరూ రెండు ఓట్లు,

Leader of the opposition ఒక ఓటు.

CJI పక్కకి వెళ్లిపోయినాడు.

ఇది system లో ఉన్న flaw.

రెండు ఓట్లు ఒక-ఒకరికే పడతాయి కాబట్టి

ఆ central-- ఆ Central Chief Election Commissioner గాని

state లో జరిగే SCCs గాని ఇవన్నీ కూడా nominated by

the government in power.

ఇది system లో ఉన్న flaw.

ఈ flaw repair అయ్యేదాకా ఈ వ్యవస్థ బాగుపడదు.

ఇది మేము కూడా

తప్పులు చేసిన తర్వాతనే గ్రహించాం.

ఈ background లో ఈ వ్యవస్థలోకి correction రావాలని అందుకని

గట్టిగా అడగ్గలుగుతున్నాం.

అడగాలి కూడా.

ప్రతి ప్రజాస్వామ్యవాది కూడా ఈ direction లో sooner or later ఈ direction

లో ఈ reform అన్నది జరిగినప్పుడే ఈ వ్యవస్థలేకి నమ్మకం కలుగుతుంది.

ఎన్నికల ప్రక్రియ అనే అంశం మీద నమ్మకం కలుగుతుంది.

ఇప్పుడు State Election Commission లో కూడా ఈ reform రావాల.

State Election Commission should not be appointed by the Chief Minister or by the

gov-- ruling government. It should be appointed by somebody

neutral.
