DIY Natural Toothpaste Recipe
Let me show you how to make a natural toothpaste that will whiten your teeth
like
crazy. This stuff is amazing, guys. Here we go.
Five simple ingredients, coconut oil, bentonite clay, food-grade
hydrogen peroxide, which I'm gonna dilute to three percent,
baking soda,
peppermint essential oil. Super easy, let me show you.
Three heaping tablespoons of coconut oil.
Coconut oil has antimicrobial properties.
Two big tablespoons of baking soda, a gentle
abrasive. Two big tablespoons of bentonite clay.
Bentonite clay has a negative charge, so it pulls out metals, potentially other
toxins from your mouth and gums. And I'm gonna mix that up,
but not with a metal
spoon. The concern here is that if you mix this up with a metal spoon, the
bentonite clay might pull trace metals out of the metal spoon, so I'm gonna mix it
with a wood spoon. And then I'm gonna add the peroxide.
The peroxide is the whitening agent.
You wanna make sure that you dilute any concentrated forms of
hydrogen peroxide to
around three percent, and then I'll add the peppermint drops
just for that minty
taste. Looks like poo. That stuff is incredible.
And in case you're wondering what this is, it's a natural mouthwash.
Video on this coming soon. Send this video to somebody you know who's
using garbage
fluoride-filled toothpaste and needs to make a natural one that
is way better.
