Understanding the I Am Concept in Spirituality

Jesus tells you how to find God within yourself in Psalms 46 10.

He tells you be still and know that I am God.

Jesus is not referring to himself as God because I is universal.

You say I am I say I am the I am is the

awareness of the mind beyond thoughts beyond activity of the body beyond emotions.

There is this observer the I am sense of self.

He tells you to be still which means physical and mental calmness

meditating transcend

thought transcend your senses and realize that you are this

universal Observer and this Observer is in me

you everything the I am is God because we are all one observing consciousness

seeking to know itself through you you are a manifestation of God trying to

see himself.
