Diplomatic Tensions with Chinese Ambassador

Tungkol sa remarks ng Chinese ambassador, na which came

across as a threat. Yung sinabi niya na parang they can beat

us if

there's an attack. Ano'ng masasabi niyo?

Very un-ambassador-like statements.

You're an ambassador, you're a diplomat. Why are you talking about war?

He should know

diplomacy is the better alternative to war.

They can beat us? So who's the troublemaker now?

Ma'am, uh, do you think he should be recalled

or he should be declared persona non

grata?

Our Depart-- our Department of Foreign Affairs should

make the strongest

statement possible protesting his

unacceptable remarks in violation of the

conventions on diplomatic relations.

He must retract his statement and formally apologize

to the Filipino people and our government for such remarks.

If he refuses to do that, he should be declared a persona non grata.
