Lawsuit Over Non-Citizen Voter Ballots

But now when we're telling them you have 20,000 non-citizens on the voter rolls,

you're gonna be diluting the votes of American citizens, their response is,

"It's too late, Dana. We already mailed the ballots."

Mm-hmm.

That's not how the law works. And like I said, we're gonna go to court.

This is a, a matter of law. We're gonna get it before a judge.

All we're asking them to do is sequester the ballots,

put them to the side so

a judge can make a ruling on a case, and they won't do it.

And when will you know if that is successful, your effort?

Well, we filed our lawsuit last week, or yesterday. I apologize.

We're, we're filing, uh, we're gonna be seeking an emergency order

from a judge.

So as soon as we can get before a judge and show them the evidence, again, this

isn't like assertions, made-up stuff. We have actual evidence.

present that to the judge, and we're gonna ask a judge to issue an

emergency order

directing California to set these ballots to the side while we, uh,

continue to, uh, make our case in court.
