Claims About Jeff Bezos’s Grandfather, DARPA and the Apollo Affair
Did you know that Jeff Bezos's grandfather co-founded DARPA?
You know, the super secret Pentagon project
that literally
invented the internet. Bezos has repeatedly credited
his grandfather, Lawrence Preston Geis, as one of the
biggest influences in his life. But what most people don't
know is that his grandfather wasn't just some ordinary
guy. LP Geis worked for the US government in
the Atomic
Energy Commission, the federal agency that was responsible for
America's nuclear program. And in 1958, he helped
establish the Advanced Research Projects Agency, now
known as DARPA. In the 1960s, Geis was the head
of the AEC, and around that same time, it was discovered that
roughly 300 pounds of weapons-grade uranium
was missing from a nuclear facility in Apollo, Pennsylvania.
This facility was operated by a company called NUMEC, founded
by Zelman Shapiro, who is allegedly Ben
Shapiro's uncle. And just a few years later,
coincidentally,
Israel developed its first nuclear weapon, and the CIA determined that the
material they used to do this came from the missing NUMEC
uranium. This scandal is better known as the Apollo Affair.
I bet you didn't know that the Bezos family
was also wrapped up in this
scandal. Now, we're all familiar with the story,
emphasis on story,
of how Bezos supposedly built Amazon in his garage in
1994. Just another brilliant American
entrepreneur
who started with nothing and built one of the largest corporations
in the world.
What a beautiful American success story.
It truly makes you believe that if you just work hard enough,
maybe one day you
can have a billion-dollar empire, too.
It's literally the same exact story we were told about Facebook, but if you look
hard enough, Facebook was actually a DARPA program.
So was Bezos just some ordinary guy who happened to build one of the most
powerful corporations in the world?
Or is he just the face of a CIA front company like Mark
Zuckerberg, Peter Thiel, and Larry Ellison?
Oh, and if you try to look up LP Geis' records
via the FOIA Act,
you'll discover that they've all been destroyed. I wonder why that is.
Now, I guess all those CIA contracts that Bezos just happens to keep
landing make a little bit more sense if he was a CIA
officer, right? If you want a little bit more info on the
true story of Amazon and
Bezos, just comment Amazon below, and I'll send it over to you.
