Understanding Cancer Fuel Sources
Cancer only has two fuel sources. Without them,
tumors die. Hi, I'm Keith. Are you confused by all
the conflicting health advice today?
I'm a seven-year cancer survivor, and I've reversed all five of my chronic
diseases without medication. If you want to experience better
health, stick around to the end of this video.
Cancer's two fuel sources are glucose and
glutamine. Glucose comes from sugar, like in packaged
food, where the line item added sugar is not zero.
It also comes from simple carbohydrates like breads and
pastas and nearly every junk food.
Glutamine comes from two sources.
Your body makes it, and it's even in the healthiest foods.
But what you can do is disrupt its uptake and metabolism in
cancer cells by drinking green tea, eating mushrooms, having

foods like sauerkraut.
A little bit more about me. I have also studied over four thousand
clinical
papers on epigenics, which is how lifestyle affects gene expression,
which drives chronic disease.
