Myofascial Release for Eye Bags
As requested this is myofascial release
which in this case is combined with lymphatic drainage
for under the eye bags.
Now eye bags are there because that layer,
this layer of skin under the eye is very thin
and when you have lack of sleep,
when you have allergies, when you eat bad food,
when you drink alcohol this can be inflamed
and that fluid retention under the eye can be shown as eye bags.
You have to drain it out.
Now this is how you do it.
You're going to place that finger here
just between the eye and the nose
just under your eye
and this finger is going to be
on the ridge of the bone under your eye.
Now that pressure 1 of 10
is going to be about a 4.
So you're going to feel the bone and
you're going to like we did before
but not too strong.
You can use a bit of oil
but I use just the natural oil of my skin.
When you get to the middle just here
you're going to rub it on the bone
and then you're going to keep on going
on the bone all the way out.
to the temporalis and
you can do it from below as well
you're gonna go on the ridge of the nose
all the way to the bone
and then again slide you get to the middle
under your pupil you go rub it and
then you're gonna go all the way again
on the ridge of the bone the zygomatic bone
and to the temporalis and
out and you can see the difference
between the eye I worked on and
the eye I didn't you can do it daily
