For decades, the declining U.S. empire
and its intelligence agencies in the course of their prolonged wars
have created and founded the very terrorist they claim to combat.
It is best to hear this in their own words.
The people we are fighting today,
we funded 20 years ago.
We created ISIS.
I mean, ISIS is no less than the people up in Islamberg,
no less than Gulen is a CIA creation.
John McCain, for heaven's sake,
was over there with the with the ISIS officials.
We created them.
They came from the al-Nursi group,
the Syrian Liberation Front.
These two organizations combined and they morphed into ISIS.
It's our creation.
We create them.
We still direct them.
When ISIS warriors are injured in battle, where are they transported?
They're transported, for heaven's sake, to Israel.
They're treated by the Israelis and Israeli hospitals and brought. back to battle.
The war began in 2011,
when the United States landed central intelligence operatives to begin coordinating
with Al Qaeda and other terrorist groups.
And we have been unwavering supporters of
Al Qaeda since before the war formally began.
We are supporters of Al Qaeda today,
where they're bottled up in Idlib province.
The CIA supplied them under secret Operation Timber Sycamore.
We gave them all of their anti-tank weapons,
all of their anti-air missiles.
And Al Qaeda has always been our proxy force on the ground.
They, together with ISIS, have carried out the mission of the United States,
together with a great number of
affiliates that really are kind of interchanged.
We have the Free Syrian Army.
Soldiers move from ISIS to Al Qaeda to Free Syrian Army rather fluidly.
So we started that war, but the United States...
has a strategic policy of using proxies to engage in war
and our objective was overthrow the legitimate government of Syria
and in order to do that we employed
proxy soldiers who were the most vile of all terrorists.
It's your money.
Your money.
697 million dollars annually plus the shipments of cash funds Madrasahs, ISIS,
Al Qaeda, Boko Haram, ISIS-Corazon, terrorist training camps.
That's what it's funding and that money I just mentioned
the 697 million is on top of in addition to the
weekly to every 10 day shipments in cash of 40 to 80 million dollars.
Mr. Roman are you aware that
we are sending 40 million dollars a week to the to the Taliban?
Yes sir.
Can you name other instances of foreign aid going to terrorist organizations?
We have assisted Al Shabaab in Somalia,
there's been instances of the Hamzeh Network in Sudan,
Islamic Jihad Hezbollah, Kataiba Hezbollah, Hayat al-Shams in Syria.
Dozens of terror organizations have received indirect assistance from U.S. foreign aid.
We are an incredibly ruthless country.
The amount of murder and mayhem that we've created around the world is just unbelievable.
You know, I was looking at a study the other day
put out by Lancet, which is a scientific journal,
and they did a study.
This was put out, you can see it on the Internet,
it was put out in November of 2025.
And what the article did was it looked at sanctions,
American sanctions,
from 1971 to 2021,
1971 to 2021, and it asked what were the consequences of those sanctions.
And we murdered 38 million people,
38 million people.
The amount of havoc we have wrought on the Middle East
in recent years is just stunning.
If you think about the consequences of the Iraq war,
what we do in places like Venezuela, Cuba, Iran,
you understand we're using this tremendous economic leverage we have to
basically starve people,
to make them suffer,
to inflict great punishment on them so that they'll rise up against their government.
You understand that this is what we're doing in Venezuela,
this is what we're doing.
and Iran were inflicting massive punishment on these people.
Given all that, I find it very difficult to talk
about the United States as a noble country.
I just don't think that we are exceptionally virtuous
when it comes to foreign policy.
