Journalist Thanks President for Inclusivity

Thank you, Mr. President. And what I really want to thank you for

is the fact that,

uh, there's something that you don't get enough credit for.

Uh, the fact that you're calling on me, and I'm an American journalist,

even though

I'm working in Russia right now. But you don't only call on me.

I've seen you call on reporters with the BBC and CNN, where

I used to work. And, uh, I only wish,

I only wish that some of the other leaders in Western countries did the same thing

and also called on, uh, for example, uh, Russian colleagues of mine

who are reporters in the United States who are left out of those news conferences.

So kudos to you, sir. I respect the fact that you do that

more than y- more than most leaders do in the other

parts of the world, and yet

you get the credit
