Identifying Legitimate Meme Coins
Can't believe people are still using things like DexScreener to
trade meme coins or
look for meme coins early. You have to use a proper trading terminal.
For example, GMGN. Here, if you click on Trenches,
you can see all of the new
coin launches. You can select by whichever chain you
want.
For example, Robinhood, Solana, Base, et cetera.
And a lot of the coins you'll see here are obviously scam coins,
and they're very, very easy to spot.
But what will save you so much time is just adding a couple of right filters.
For example, I can just click on one of these
and should be able to tell straight
away if it's a scam, like this is an obvious scam coin.
But a lot of people are new, and they won't be able to see that.
They won't be able to see... understand the inorganic chart,
the fact that in one
second, no meme coin just jumps to sixty thousand.
Or they won't be able to see that, um, this, uh, logo's been
used, look, eighteen times. You just hover over it,
and you can see that.
And also, if it was at sixty thousand, there should be much more in Solana fees
here. It shows here, look, only zero point zero zero two in fees
collected. Like, there's so many signs here.
Scrolling further down, you're seeing time-linked funding, um,
wallets launched all at the same time, bundles.
You can even click on, obviously, uh, bubble maps and stuff as well to see
bundles
in more detail.
You can see a massive one there. But you can save yourself all of
that time.
Just simply, just click Filter and add something that makes sense.
For example, you can put something like total fees
minimum, let's say, two
Solana or something like that. Click Apply, and then straight away,
the ones you're
seeing here in the middle, much more likely to be legitimate coins.
Then you can actually get on to strategies, the next step.
But the first step is don't get scammed.
If you want to use GMGN, it's in the link below.
