Exploring the Origins of Freemasonry
Somebody asked me where Freemasonry began.
1717, right? In England.
But it actually began long before that.
It began in the Garden of Eden.
It's called Gnosticism.
And the first Gnostic attempt happened in the Garden of Eden.
What is the devil proposing?
To eat of that, and you'll have knowledge, a secret knowledge.
The reason that God told you not to eat from that tree
is because he doesn't want you to have that knowledge,
because you'll become a god if you do.
You'll become divine if you eat. That's Gnosticism.
We have a secret knowledge.
You can't have it all. It's secret.
We'll tell it to you in stages, in degrees,
and it will empower you, and you yourself will become a god.
Garden of Eden, the creation story.
What's changed? This is the same thing.
Ask the Freemasons what their goal is. Divination.
To become little gods. They are god. Pantheistic,
also. But it's Gnosticism, and it's existed from the beginning of time.
