Toxic Workplace Dynamics in Fiction

Everyone wants to work for a total psycho boss.

This dude takes workplace toxicity to a whole new level.

He forces three employees into truly disgusting situations.

I'm sorry, sir.

He simply doesn't realize how wild ride this office becomes.

How sick can a single workplace get?

Go ahead, for Christ sakes.

This shows pure, unadulterated agony and disgust.

Why?

Their boss, who rarely leaves his work-

It's my pet.

Is making them do something absolutely vile. He's not just a regular jerk.

Oh, good.

He's a cold, lone tyrant with an iron fist.

Oh.

The boss stands over them.

Yeah, yeah.

His eyes burning with menace. He threatens them with his own father's

murky past.

He claims he pulled his father out of a deep prison pit.

Come on. Swallow it.

Now he expects nothing less than complete obedience.

I didn't get your asshole of a father out of prison for

nothing.

One of the employees struggles to swallow the concoction.

Swallow it, bitch. Swallow it.

He can barely keep it down.

Goddammit.

His body racked with revulsion. They describe the foul concoction as

bitter and salty. A colleague tries to step in

and offer some help, but the

boss silences them.

Sir, could I please have a candy for the taste?

He barks an order.

Help yourself.

The employee looks helpless.

Don't, Daisy. Don't.

Shut up!

He demands his lunch right on the double.

Oh.

The patients warn him.

This is salty.

He has absolutely no remorse.

Back to work, office slut.

It's already boiling.

Where's my lunch? I'm fucking hungry. Oh.

He rapidly grabs some coffee for an energy boost.

The boss barely glances-

Here's your lunch, Mr. Boss

... at them before exploding in a fit of pure

rage.

Mm.

He unleashes a torrent of incredibly vile-

Energy food

... and offensive insults.

He calls the employees-

Fuck you
