Reflecting on a Successful Football Season
It's, it's a medal and a season I'm really proud of.
You know, I took a step outside my comfort zone
after having been in,
uh, at Brentford for a long time. I'd extended my contract there for two
years and was really happy there, but then Arsenal came knocking,
and for me, I knew I would regret that decision
to not go if I, if I didn't go. So I knew the chances
of playing were quite limited, but it was worth the risk and,
uh, I'm really proud and, and happy of,
of what I've helped the team achieving this season even though the
minutes have, uh, been limited. But, um, playing Champions League for the
first time and, uh, representing a big club, uh, that is
competing for, for titles in, in, in any tournament they play
in was a big step compared to what I've tried before.
So I look back at the season with, with joy and with
pride and maybe a little bit of disappointment as well, of course.
