In Bihar's Araria district, a chilling truth has come to light. The murder of school

teacher Shivani Verma was not a random crime. It was a planned conspiracy.

Police investigation reveals that a woman named Husna Ara hired two contract shooters,

Mohammad Maruf and Mohammad Shohel, paying them three lakh rupees to eliminate another

female teacher, who allegedly had an illicit relationship with her husband.

But a tragic mistake changed everything.

Shivani, who rode the same color scooter and used the same route, was misidentified and

shot dead. Police have recovered the FZ motorbike and the country-made pistol used in the attack. यहाँ

Officials also clarified that previously named accused teacher, Ranjit Kumar Verma, has

no evidence against him. The incident, which occurred on 3rd December 2025,

has left the teaching community and locals in deep shock, because an innocent life was

taken in a revenge plot gone wrong.
