Understanding Personal Boundaries and Noise
You are allowed to become harder to reach, not because you think you are
better than people,
because you have finally understood what constant access costs you.
Every opinion, every message, every problem that is not
yours,
every expectation you keep carrying just because somebody handed it to
you, that noise adds up,
and eventually you stop hearing yourself clearly.
So protect some distance, protect some silence, protect
some time where nobody gets a vote.
You are not withdrawing from life. You are returning to your own mind.
The flint principle is simple: If you never leave the noise,
you will eventually mistake the noise for your own voice, and when you get
your signal back, everything changes.
You decide cleaner. You move with less guilt.
You stop needing everybody to understand you.
You become much harder to manipulate. That is power.
