Discussion on AI and its Impact
What's your message for the president today when you guys have lunch?
Okay. You know what? I love you guys ask these questions.
Yeah.
They're stupid as .
Okay.
I'll give you my-
What's a good question?
Okay, like-
What's a good question?
"What do you think about AI and why do you believe it?
Why is it good for America?" Of c- and that's the kind of question I can
answer.
Okay.
Which I, with great respect, 'cause I love you guys,
and I like you guys, too.
I appreciate it.
But like, uh, it's like, uh-
The president said today, though, he doesn't think we need AI safety,
though.
Okay, sorry. S- s- sorry. D- what did I just... Okay.
Do you really expect me to ask that question?
Do you think I'm the village idiot?
I'm asking you the question, right?
Okay, exactly.
So you can answer however you want to answer it.
So I'll give you a... I, I've, no, no, I gave you a question that was-
Yeah.
So here's a question I could answer.
All right. What's, what do you-
"What do you believe about AI?"
Let's do that.
Is it, is it-
What do you believe about AI?
Okay. AI has to work for the war fighter, has to work for
enterprises, it has to be safe, it has to be powerful,
and there's only one country
in the world that has this kind of AI stack, both
the people and the products. Palantir and other companies are
leading on the battlefield and leading.
And the questions Americans have are, "Does it work for me?
Is it just a bunch of unpleasant people getting rich who ask obnoxious questions
and refuse to ask the questions that they're being asked?"
Or does it work for you
guys? Do you feel like AI's working for you?
