Mystical Techniques of Breath and Elements

In this video, I am going to share the mystical techniques of studying the tattvas,

elements through the breath and the taste buds

shared by Lord Shiva himself to Goddess Parvati.

Technique says there is a specific length of exhalation during each element.

When the exhalation reaches to the twelfth finger from the nose, it means the earth is active.

Sixteen, it means water is active.

Four, it means fire is active.

Eight, it means air is active.

And where there is no length of the exhalation you could measure, it means the ether is active.

He further says in another technique,

the duration of our breath also tells about the active element.

If the breath duration is twenty within a minute,

it means the earth is active.

The breath count is sixteen, it means the water is active.

Twelve, it means the fire is active.

Eight, it means the air element is active.

And if there is four deep breathing, it means the ether is active.

Other technique says that each element also influences the flavor and the taste bud in the mouth.

Earth element has sweetish flavor, water astrogen,

fire bitter,

air sour, ether the pungent and hot flavor.

Each element has its geometrical pattern of the breath that we call the yantra of the breath.

In my next video, I am going to explain the geometrical pattern of the breath.
