Teenagers Sentenced for Bus Incident
Oh my God, no, mama!
These teenagers were laughing and dancing in court,
believing they would soon be
going home because they were still minors.
But the judge's next words left them completely shocked.
55-year-old Amy Wilson was driving a school bus carrying 15
students and was traveling at a relatively high speed.
Suddenly, several teenagers on the roadside threw
rocks at the bus.
One rock about the size of a fist hit Amy directly in the chest, causing four
broken ribs. After three hours of emergency treatment
at the hospital, Amy
survived. Police later used footage from the school
bus's dash cam to quickly
identify and arrest four suspects.
They were between 14 and 16 years old, but in court they shouted, laughed,
and even danced, showing no signs of regret.
Clearly, this was not their first offense.
They knew that as minors they could face lighter punishments and possibly avoid
serious consequences. Their lawyers also asked the court to
handle the case as
a juvenile matter, but after seeing their arrogant attitude,
the judge
clearly rejected the request. The teenagers were then prosecuted as
adults
and ultimately sentenced to five to 10 years in prison.
