Advice for Praying the Rosary
Good morning, y'all. I wanted to offer some advice
if praying the
Rosary is a bit of a struggle for you some days,
is to pray it as if you're
praying it with a crowd of witnesses, because we know
that there is a great cloud of witnesses around
us. One night when I was praying the Holy Rosary
by myself and, you know, we have our physical eyes that we see, but
then we have our spiritual eyes and we just know without knowing
certain things. And I just saw this vast crowd of people,
like, um, relatives that had passed, friends, even acquaintances,
maybe even people that I don't know because they just went
on and on in, in our
backyard.
And you can also ask the guardian angels of your loved
ones to pray the Rosary with you and that they would,
um, pray and ask that they would receive those graces.
So you have, you can have the, the guardian angels of that
person, um, and the holy souls. And we
know that by reading the book, Get Us Out of Here, um, by
Maria Simma, how she actually had holy souls come to
her and asked for her to pray a Rosary with them.
And so that's just, that has to mount the graces some way,
somehow. And so,
uh, this morning I decided to get up a little
bit later than typical
because I needed, needed a little bit more sleep.
And, um, my mind kept wandering like it typically
does. And I thought, "You know what?
Let's just, let's, let's just get the holy souls.
If someone needs to pray the Holy Rosary, um, anyone's
guardian angels, the guardian angels of loved ones,
just y'all come on, come on.
Let's just pray it with me." And so, you know, I pray it
like the first half of, of the Hail Mary, and then they
would pray the rest. And of course, I can't tangibly hear it,
but it's just one of those things that
we have spiritual eyes, spiritual ears, we have
spiritual senses,
and you can ask your guardian angel to protect those senses.
And even when your thoughts or how you feel or whatever
it is that just makes it difficult to pray the Holy Rosary,
ask them to pray with you.
It's amazing.
