Maduro's Legal Troubles and Charges
As head of state, he has immunity.
Meanwhile, Maduro and his wife have pleaded not guilty to cocaine importation,
conspiracy, and weapons charges.
Maduro has also been charged with narcoterrorism conspiracy.

over Venezuela's leader.

because he was a drug trafficker shipping drugs into the US that gives the US every
right to seek justice.
