An attack on safeguarded

facilities is completely contrary to international principles,

and this action is against international norms even regarding

heavy water, and it is definitely a war crime. Facilities that are under

safeguard supervision, when they are attacked,

in fact these are considered war crimes. We have in fact carried out

the legal documentation,

both in relation to some individuals to pursue them under our domestic law,

as well as at the level of international law,

at various levels, now from the

International Court of Justice and so on. We, as an organization,

have submitted our opinions, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Legal

Affairs Office of the Presidency are also carrying out the necessary follow- ups.
