USAID's Covert Operations in HIV Programs

Why the hell?

How many, how many HIV programs USAID funded

were described in USAID internal documents?

Washington Post, USAID used HIV program in Cuba to foment rebellion.

USAID secretly dispatched young Latin Americans to Cuba

using the cover of a health program to provoke civil war.

Beginning as early as October 2009, a project overseen by USAID

sent Venezuelan, Costa Rican and Peruvian young people to Cuba

in hopes of ginning up rebellion.

Regime change under cover of USAID night.

The travelers worked undercover, often posing as tourists,

travel around the island scouting for people they could turn into

political activists for a USAID regime change operation.

In one case, the workers formed an HIV prevention workshop

that USAID internal memos called, quote,

the perfect excuse for the USAID covert regime change's political goals.

The perfect excuse.

Now, I ask you, ma'am, if an HIV, a fake HIV clinic

was the perfect excuse for a secret USAID regime change operation in Cuba,

how many USAID HIV clinics in Cote d'Ivoire,

in Congo, in Somalia, in Sudan were, quote,

the perfect excuse for a secret regime change operation

coinciding with active ongoing civil wars

that USAID was actively backing one side of against the other?

How many?

You got busted on this one. You got busted by your own even media reported it.

This was too much for your own propaganda media to not call out

because someone leaked your own documents calling AIDS clinics the perfect excuse

to set up hubs for covert government overthrow.

You operate tens of thousands of these around the world, don't you?

In dozens of countries, you want to regime change.

But that statement is not a denial.

That statement is the stock standard plausible denial

where she can plead that she did not personally authorize it.

But it may have happened.

Not to our knowledge, but it may have happened.

And what you don't see are the hundreds of times it's happened.

And the principal purpose of these programs was in front of your face the whole time.

It was in the title of the video.

Those HIV clinics were not HIV clinics

or else they'd be administered by the International Affairs Branch of HHS.

They were not HIV clinics.

They were soft power fronts, just like the HIV clinic here.

Only a fool would fall for it.
