Carnivore Diet Insights from an 85-Year-Old
My name is Maggie.
I'm 85 going on 86,
and I've been basically a carnivore all my life.
They took me to the doctor when I was 10.
I wouldn't eat anything but meat and fat, and I ate butter, a lot of butter.
My mom always kept a spoon beside the
butter because she was tired of the little fingerprints in the butter.
I want to know how you still stuck with carnivore all of these years,
despite the whole rest of the world saying that red meat is dangerous. Time.
I don't have TV,
I don't have radio, so I didn't listen to that, so I didn't get those lectures.
Whatever we hunted, that's what we ate.
My babies were weaned from me onto egg yolk, bone marrow, you feed them the fat.
They just gobbled this up.
Just eat meat.
Keep it simple, and you will find you will have hours and hours to spare because
you won't be shopping, you won't be cleaning up, you won't be planning meals,
you won't have to have dishes. We eat off tin plates.
