Legal Battle Over Medical Board Immunity

I have to say that, um, Children's Health Defense

supported my case. Bobby Kennedy decided to,

um,

support my case so that I could go forward.

I wouldn't have been able to afford half a million dollars to f- to fight the

board, but it needed to get done because there

were a whole lot of doctors out

there that had similar,

um, attacks and weren't able to do it, and somebody had to do it.

And, um, so we won the, we won the ability

to take the board members to court in their personal capacity.

um, has been pierced. And the judge said, um, "You

can go after them for damages, even potentially including punitive

damages." So- ... that was very good, and we'll go

forward.
