Foods That Cause Parasitic Infections

Here are three foods that if you have consistently, will definitely give you parasites.

If you struggle with bloating, uncontrolled sugar cravings, or energy issues,

then it's very likely that you have a parasitic infection.

Number one, should be no surprise, it's pork.

This is one of the most well-known meats as far as having a high concentration of parasites.

They roll around in the mud, they eat anything, and they're dirty animals.

Now before all you bacon addicts and pig lovers start crying and coming and calling me names,

this isn't some religious belief, it's purely nutritional.

It's inflammatory, it doesn't have omega-3s, it's very high in omega-6,

and if you've ever gone through a parasitic infection,

or if you've even known that you were going through one,

you wouldn't see it as something that's worth taking the risk for your health,

just to get some taste that you're addicted to.

Number two is salmon.

This one is notorious for being infested with sea lice and parasites,

especially farm salmon and salmon from big supermarkets.

Now I used to love salmon, but now I've been fully put off by it,

just by seeing all these videos in this niche and seeing all the parasites crawling out of it,

not to mention the high heavy metal content that's hard to avoid in fish.

And third is probably no surprise as well, sushi.

Now I love sushi, but luckily for me, I don't really enjoy the raw fish sushi.

Unfortunately for those of you who do,

they have a really high percentage chance of having parasites.

There are actually some parasites you can get like tapeworms

that can create cysts that put their eggs in the fish,

and those cysts can withstand high temperatures, heat, freezing,

withstanding even stomach acid, moving all the way through your digestive tract.

So this is how easy it is for an infestation to begin.

So look, if you love sushi, if you're addicted to your pork or your bacon,

and if salmon isn't something that you want to give up on like I do,

then you need to be making sure that you're doing a detox and deworming plants.
