Breathing Techniques for Emotional Release
Day number four, what the heck is this guy doing?
When you stick out your tongue all the way as far as you can, you open your mouth
as wide as you can, you breathe slow and deep in through the nose,
out through the
mouth. You release a lot of tension from your
jaw, but also
unspoken words that you've been holding for probably decades. So it's very simple.
Breathe in through the nose,
open your mouth as you c- wide as you can, stick the tongue out, and hold it
for 40 to 60 seconds. I usually do about six breath.
So it looks like this, in through the nose.
In.
You leave your mouth open at all times.
It's gonna get a little bit tight probably here, feels maybe a little bit
intense. Just go with it. Whatever emotions come up, feel them.
That's, that's the work we have to do.
