Crypto Use in Illicit Activities

Do you think that Maduro was actually using crypto aggressively to launder?

I think there's a combination of both Maduro himself

and then some of the other malign actors like narco terrorists and like Hezbollah

that were resident in

Venezuela that absolutely were using crypto.

150 billion a year, like I said earlier, was flowing to illicit actors and to

malign sites via crypto.

And no doubt in our hemisphere,

the closest biggest example of that was Maduro and Venezuela.

But it doesn't just stop with them.

Any transnational criminal organization, any narco terrorist,

any human trafficker would love to see a clarity act with loopholes because it

gives them the game plan and how to continue their malign activities.
