Fasting, Gut Health, and the Master Cleanse

Fasting opens up the doors to new life. When you fast, you regenerate your temple.

You shed the old cells, and you make way for new cells and new repair.

When you fast, you put your body in such a high regenerative, vibrational state, everything about you and your temple, whether it be physical or mental, you start to heal.

Fasting kind of does create superpowers when it comes to, in comparison to other people who don't practice fasting.

When you fast, you reset that gut-blood-brain barrier, which is your immune system.

90% of your serotonin is produced in your gut.

So if your gut is broken, if you're not fasting, and I guarantee if you're not fasting at least 12 to 24 hours a day for men and 10 to 14 hours a day for women, your gut is going to be leaky and broken.

And it's the root cause of every disease, whether it be mental, physical, or often times even spiritual.

And that's why it's so important to understand that once you heal the gut, as this kind only leaves by fasting and prayer, Matthew 17:21, start to use the herbs that will be for the healing of the nations, Revelations 22.

Master's cleanse every morning as you're in a fasted state.

You're eating between 10:00 and 4:00, cause after 4:00, your digestive enzymes start to go downhill.

This is how you're going to fix your digestive issues, which is going to heal all your health issues.

But it starts with the gut, the fasting, and doing the master's cleanse.
