The duration of the war today is not important for Iran. It has prepared

for a long war, and it knows that time works in its favor, given energy prices,

given the Strait of Hormuz, given the strikes being directed at Israel.

Therefore it wants to reach an

equation that does not impose a new war on it.

Of course, there is no one hundred percent guarantee, but when you show that you

are persistent enough in hurting the enemy that attacked you,

your enemy will think more than once in the future before attacking you.

that is, to strengthen its deterrence in the future.

This is the main strategic outcome that Iran wants.

And it does not pin its hopes on international law in this field.

shirk their commitments According to an agreement that will come after the war,

is done illegally against us while the world is silent? Today they have reached,

because basically the American narrative is honest, power makes right,

as it seems in the American view,

this is how it is. They waged a war without any Security Council resolution,

without paying any attention to international organizations. Iranians also say

that the guarantor is our power today. International law will not deter others,

it will not prevent them from attacking us. Our power is what deters them.

And the sources of strength are holding key strategic levers globally in energy and

economy markets.
