Israel's Tunnel Threat: Potential Casualties and Public Concern

Basically, I'm not worried. And the tunnels, look, come on, in this room we can keep some perspective.

Guys, really. This doesn't bring down the State of Israel, it doesn't destroy it. At worst, we'll have ten civilians killed because they'll enter some community, and before we respond, there'll be ten dead civilians. Well, b— yes, it's terrible,

but keep it in perspective.

No tunnel, by the way, reached a community in the last operation. None...

I didn't understand why I What? Not an operation.

No, the victory is only that everyone here is worried. That's the only victory.

The victory is that everyone's worried, and everyone is talking about tunnels.

It has become a sort of, uh, how should I put it, reason for newspaper headlines and people's grumbling on Friday evening.

Really, it remains a barrier of public opinion.

It doesn't, it doesn't, it doesn't bring down the State of Israel, it doesn't create...

Perspective.
