Claims About Polling Rules in the Lula-Bolsonaro Election

Yeah, Flavio Bolsonaro h- led by two, over 2 million votes during that first round. It is unprecedented.

Normally, if you win the first round, you win the second round.

Mm-hmm. That was not the case. Uh, and I gotta tell you, when you see the fact that these election rules were changed last minute to benefit Lula's, uh, precincts, uh, Bolsonaro did ask for extension of the polls in the areas of the south where he was favored, uh, to win in that area for two more hours 'cause there was

heavy rains in that, in that area. Well, that a- appeal, uh, that plea was denied- Yeah ... uh, by these judges. But yet for Lula, they took care of him, and there you saw the fact that, uh, he was able to pull off this election,

I think causing a big shock to the system.
