Time-Restricted Eating and Fiber-First Meals for Blood Sugar
Rice becomes sugar in your bloodstream, potatoes become sugar in your bloodstream,
bread becomes sugar in your bloodstream and pasta becomes sugar in your bloodstream.
And you're probably thinking, if I can't eat rice, potatoes,
bread or pasta, what am I supposed to be eating?
What if I told you, you don't have to give up rice or your potatoes or your bread or your pasta
because it's not about what you are eating, it's about when you eat it.
I'm about to share three key things with you and I can guarantee,
if you do these three things for 90 days, your bloodworks are going to be perfect.
You're going to be so surprised.
Number one, start time-based eating.
This is eating your meals between the hours of 12 and 8 pm.
So when you wake up in the morning, you want to make sure you're not breaking your fast.
So you have water, black coffee, even black tea or unimate, like I do.
Number two, you're going to take two meals a day with no snacking in between your meals.
Number three, and the most important, you're going to have fibre before you eat your meal.
So you're going to eat in the order of fibre first, then protein, then carbs.
This could be higher fibre foods like avocado or salad, or you could even do what I do
and have a blend of soluble and insoluble fibres before your meal.
Now these three things are going to help you with insulin control and glucose control
and it's going to help you with time-based eating.
So your body can burn its own fat for fuel.
So if you do these three things for 90 days,
you're going to probably see a reduction in your body fat.
You're also going to see an improvement in your blood sugar levels.

and I'll tell you all about the protocol that helps me and thousands of others with time-based eating.
