How RSS Organizes Leadership and Responsibilities

Many people don’t understand many things.

How has the RSS been growing? It’s a simple matter.

Wherever there may be inequality,

there is no such inequality in the Sangh.

There are no people elevated or

lowered by money in the Sangh.

There are no slogans hailing or denouncing anyone.

There is only one slogan: Bharat Mata Ki Jai.

That’s all.

Likewise, there is no praising

of individuals in the RSS.

There is no applauding, saying, “You spoke so wonderfully, ji.”

There is no glorification of individuals in the RSS.

Most importantly,

Sangh positions are only for one family.

There is nothing like that.

In the Sangh, there are no positions, only responsibilities.

We have all been given responsibilities.

They have been given to us.

I have been given state- level responsibility,

to work across the entire state.

So, as far as the Sangh is concerned,

there is an understanding of responsibilities.

That is why there is no post. But it is for one family

alone.
