Attacks on Journalists Exposing Corruption in India

" Indian media is sold out." It's very easy to say this on social media.

Let me tell you what the reality is. His name is Raghavendra Bajpai.

He is an Indian journalist, who exposed the land and stamp duty scam.

What happened because of doing such good work? He was shot on the highway.

There is another journalist whose photo you might have seen. His name was Mukesh, who exposed the Chhattisgarh road scam. And what does he get as a reward?

He is killed and his dead body is buried in cement inside a water tank.

And this list is very long. Naresh Kumar, who exposed corruption, was hacked to death with a sword. Rajiv Pratap, who exposed the hospital, and suddenly he disappeared, never to be found to this day. Sneha Barve…

And these names that I'm telling you about are just from the last two or three years.

There are countless journalists who exposed something, did some good work, and today they are no longer alive. So when you say," The media is sold out," this is also a reality of the media, you must understand them too.
