India’s Internet Infrastructure and Starlink Security Concerns
2 min Machine translated About India Tech & science
But India is among the top countries in the world with the best telecom infrastructure.
India is one of the top three countries, not countries in Europe or Malaysia.
In countries like those, if you go to a village and ask how much network coverage there is, there is nothing at all.
When I went to Israel two months ago, once you leave the city, the internet speed is no longer there.
That's how limited it is. This is not a very important need for our country.
But in the next one or two months, I'm telling the government in advance, in these next three or four months, the internet will become useless.
The internet in India will become useless. There will be no internet speed at all.
Saying that we need Starlink, all the social media influencers here They'll put out similar videos and posts.
People will start believing it too. It doesn't even require the internet.
They'll say, "If we get Starlink, we can do this directly."
India's When we look at this, there are three major challenges.
If Starlink is allowed in India, then tomorrow, not a protest like this CJP, but a major internal riot could happen. Some situation could arise within the country at such a time, the government won't be able to do anything.
There will be no way at all to block that internet.
So this is a huge security threat. If they allow this, just as they have now allowed Instagram and Facebook, regulate without knowing what to do to regulate them, they're all left bewildered, in the same way It will lead to that situation. Intelligence agencies like RAW have issued serious warnings about this.
This is a race against space that we need to watch.
Under no circumstances should Starlink be allowed.
But I'm saying this in advance. In the coming three to six months, videos and posts saying that the internet isn't working properly in India will come flooding toward you in the hundreds of thousands.
