Egypt Calls for Dialogue in US-Iran Crisis

And calls on all parties involved in the current crisis between Iran and the United States to make room for understanding and dialogue, and to reach a political consensus that meets the main demands of all parties and addresses their concerns.

Today, I emphasize this approach before it is too late, because the alternative would have catastrophic effects and consequences for the region and a world suffering from successive crises one after another over the past six years.

On this basis, Egypt urges both the United States and Iran to show the greatest possible flexibility at this stage, in order to find areas of common understanding that allow the current dispute to be resolved.
